Real Estate is local. Not all areas are trending the same and not all we rebound at the same time. There are many homes available but nearly 25% less than just a year ago. Some are great values while others are not. By focusing on select area communities, I am able to share with my clients a greater knowledge base of the trends in these neighborhoods I serve.
My job is to understand these trends and sub markets, to review home sales and seller concessions that affect the end price. Then sharing with my clients in terms they can connect with, allows me to provide more than just a snapshot. Together, we find the right home that make sense in your budget and goals.
Having patience can pay off big with the savings when you buy a Lake Oswego short sale. This is a purchase that requires a full understanding of the process to ensure the home selected has an opportunity to close. I have been closing short sales since The Federal Debt Forgiveness Act of 2007 was put in place.
